I am so glad that I visited Ella & Elliot in Queen West in Toronto. A great addition for Toronto and Canada, especially when their online shop will go live. Finally a children's store with unique and modern items in a bright and cheerful setting. I kept on chatting with co-owner Christian, who happened to work at Philips in Amsterdam at the same time I did. What a small world!
They carry high end furniture brands like Seimi from Finland and Netto Collection from NY for which they have exclusive distribution in Canada. Other big names are Stokke, Bugaboo, Dwell baby and Boon. You will also find beautiful blankets, European clothes and wooden toys. If you like this style and you do not have to worry about money, go to this store and let this very charming and knowledgeable French-Canadian couple help you. (And no, I am not paid to write this article, I am just happy somebody stepped into this niche).

It sound like a place that's worth a visit. I like especially that by offering fewer quality and versatile products in each category, you purchase less as the child grows.

Toronto definitely needed a place like E & E. I was growing tired of just drooling over these gorgeous things online. Now, I can just hop over to this shop to do my drooling.
