New from Montreal is this kids chair from Age Design. I am normally not posting about day-to-day kids furniture but I found the HiLo chair a fascinating design and a great addition to the current high chair market. The HiLo Chair has been designed by industrial design husband and wife team who have taken the expectations of today's modern parents into account. The most unique feature I find is the possibility to switch from high chair to under-table kids chair, so the HiLo chair can be used for a long timespan. Th only thing which would make me hesitate to buy is the price (425 CAN$)... The HiLo chair is introduced into the Canadian market this month and you can buy it at Modern Kid from Vancouver. I hope Age Design will add new products to their range and will let us know if and when they will start selling outside Canada.

That is awesome! That's one thing that I really find a good high chair if it fits well with the kids growing years.

This conversion from high chair to under the table chair is a wonderful idea. I really like the design as well and its a good match for the kids are transforming from babies to bigger kids because the are so sleek grown up looking yet bright in color.
